This service is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want to ensure every detail unfolds exactly as envisioned. In the final weeks leading up to your celebration, our team steps in to manage timelines and oversee every moving part of the day — allowing you to be fully present from the very first moment. With calm expertise and an eye for detail, we take your plans and bring them to life seamlessly, so you can relax, celebrate, and trust that everything is handled with care and precision.   • 3 Planning Calls

    • Construction of full wedding-day timeline + wedding vision planning call

    • Final details call to discuss logistics

    • One-week-out call to finalize details

  • Vendor Communication Transfer

    • All vendor communication is officially transferred to your lead planner two - three weeks

    • before the wedding

Beginning around four to five months prior to your celebration, our team steps in to meet you where you are in your planning, refine your plans, manage vendor communication, oversee timeline edits, and ensure every detail aligns seamlessly. We handle the logistics, confirm every moving part, and provide expert direction so your day feels cohesive, organized, and beautifully executed. With our experienced team by your side, you’ll enjoy the final stretch of planning with calm confidence — knowing every detail is in capable hands.
